But at me it is a little else, because like man I have one merit, that if I do not want to have very expressive muscles, I must do for this so much like girl, which will decide to reduce fat on the thighs, back and want to have flat abdomen too. It is very important find hard motivation / It is sure, that you will be more attractive for the men/, if you feel pleasant at the exercise, you have winning. I like out sports, but there is not so sensation of competiting. So, if you do not have hard motivation, it is better go with friend to fit gym.
