It is very important what you will eat before the exercise and after the exercise. The meal suplements are very important. Good boarding and suitable choice of food suplements can very meaningfuly influence result of the exercise. It is important for advancement of muscular power by men , at at the grow slim by women, but by forming figure too.
It pays rule, that with the full abdomen is bad exercise. Activities with the full stomach do indigestion of the meal. So rule part one is: never go exercise after food at once. You should wait one hour, ideal is two hours.
It is possible which tape of food do you eat. Sirloin of beef with the dumpling and another similiar variations of classic, czech kitchen are unsuitable. Promote digestion of such eat continues 6-8 hours and it is too long time for going exercise this day. Of course, if you do not have sirloin of beef with dumpling like breakfast or you do not go to exercise very late in the evening. Many food in the stomach make pressure, and it is not pleasant by exercise.
Sportmen recommend to consume some light variations of meal. Everybody must try, what is the best for him. One is such and one is else , it is the fact which continue and will continue. That is why, I can only recommend type of meal on the basic of my experiences.Ideal is banana, rice with chicken, musli with joghurt. These foods should be light digestible and they should not burden digest system for a long time.
It pays, that it is good eat some sacharide light meal before the sport activities, because this meal will give you enough energy for exercise. It does not mean eating sweets and biscuits! These have beside sacharides very much fat too and it is not positive, when we want to burn the fat. We can take the sacharides milk shake like compensation before the performance. You can use the fat burners for burning of fats. They are spread at our trade fair. We will present them later in the separate chapter. They deserve it.
